1. Create an account

Creating an account takes no time at all. All you need is an e-mail address and password. You can add to your profile later.

2. Complete the one-time verification

Complete the verification once so you don't have to prove you are a certified healthcare provider with every new client!

3. Apply for assignments

You don't have to worry about the assignment agreements. We generate them automatically when you apply to an assignment.

4. Submit your worked hours and get paid

After working your shift, you can submit your hours via the app. If these are approved, your invoice will be generated automatically.

If you apply for Assignments via Zorgner and you are chosen, you can simply enter your hours online and an invoice will automatically be sent to the Client! So all you have to do through Zorgner as a ZZP'er is sign up for an Assignment, enter your hours on the platform afterwards and get paid. Zorgner tries to make all administrative complexities simple and clear!

On Zorgner you will find Assignments in care and childcare. You can do the following jobs through Zorgner in healthcare and childcare: Helpende, Helpende+, Verzorgende ig, Verpleegkundige niv 4, Verpleegkundige niv 5, Verpleegkundige niv 6, Woonbegeleider gehandicaptenzorg, Pedagogische Begeleider, Pedagogische medewerker, Maatschappelijk werker, Maatschappelijk begeleider.

No, from creating an account to requesting Shifts; all of our services for freelancers are 100 percent free!

No, that happens automatically. After working your Shift, you can enter your hours worked on the platform. Once the hours are filled and accepted by the Client, the invoice is automatically generated and sent to the Client. So you don't have to create and send an invoice yourself. This is all done automatically.

Yes, you can! If you see 2 or more shifts that fall at the same time, you can just apply! The Zorgner system automatically excludes you from other Shifts if you are chosen for one. This means that you can apply indefinitely so you can be sure to find a Shift!

When you are done with the service, you can enter the number of hours you worked for. Then your invoice is sent to the Employer for approval. So since you always fill in your hours yourself, you can pass on the correct times with, for example, that one extra hour.
